Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Equipment
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all bolts, cables, and attachments are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy racks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
